Manually cleaned basket centrifuge
Designed for the continuous removal of particulates from industrial fluids. Available from 5 gpm to 50 gpm flow capacity.
The centrifuge is equipped with hinged cover and safety limit switch to de-energize drive motor when cover is opened.

- Microseparator® Centrifuges offered by Mars Tech are excellent for Separation of Abrasive, Gritty, Hard Packing,
and Sticky substances from liquids
- Turn key fluid filtration for machine tools, including centrifuge, coolant
tank, pumps and controls.
- Fully automatic systems start at 10 gpm. No operator attendance is necessary.
Centrifugally separated compacted sludge is automatically discharged in a hopper below the centrifuge.
- Model CF 80M is rated at 25 gpm and comes with a removable reusable metal liner of 3 gallons solids capacity.
- Model CF 50M uses an easily removable, replaceable BUNA N Rubber liner insert of 1.8 gallon capacity for the collection of separated fines.
The compacted solids are collected at the perimeter of this liner and are removed manually.
The operation takes about 15 minutes.
CF 155G Fully Automatic centrifuge for liquid solid separation
Available from flow capacity of 10 gpm to 75 gpm ( 40 to 300 liters
per minute). Multiple centrifuge systems up to 300 gpm have been supplied.
No operator attendance is necessary. Centrifugally
separated compacted sludge is automatically discharged.
