Mars Tech offers a new and unused Sharples Super D-Canter Continuous Solid Bowl centrifuge P 600, P660, P880 for pilot plants, pilot labs and small flow rates.Fully integrated, custom designed Alfa Laval, Sharples and Tomoe Decanter centrifuge filtration system on 4' high mounting platform with VFD main and backdrive motor and controls for industrial waste minimization, municipal wastewater thickening and dewatering, chemical and pharmaceutical liquid solid separation and clarification. Tomoe Engineering and Machinery TSM decanters and Alfa Laval, Sharples Decanters are employed in the sludge volume reducing process of the wastewater treatment plants. The high sediment efficiency and high torque capability of Super-D-Canters enables them to adsorb feed variations more effectively than other types of centrifuges or separation equipment. |
Energy-Saving Dewatering and Thickening DecantersThis Decanter type solid bowl centrifuge is proven suitable for removing bulk solids and fine particulates from liquid solids suspensions in industrial, municipal, manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, oilfield, refinery, factory liquids and wastewater dewatering. Sharples Super-D-Canter centrifuges are designed to handle a wide range of solid particles-from 5 mm diam. to a few microns. Sharples Super-D-Canters can handle slurries with a solids content as low as 0.5% w/w to over 65% w/w. TSM stands for the Triple-Saving Machine. It reduces maintenance labor, power consumption and flocculate consumption. |
